I may never go searching for another flourless chocolate cake recipe again. And you know how much I love to post gluten-free recipes for all of my gluten-free clients and chocophiles. It’s not even that this recipe is the best I’ve seen, though I do like the addition of that little splash of bourbon. (I could serve it at my next Kentucky Derby Party.) It’s not even an original recipe. Pamela got it from David Lebowitz who got it from his mother who got it from her mother who got it from her great Aunt Sylvia. You know how that goes. No, I may never go searching for another flourless chocolate cake recipe because My Man’s Belly is probably the funniest blog I’ve stumbled upon, and I plan to read every piece of relationship advice she dishes out. (pun intended) I suggest you grab that bottle of bourbon, make this Nutella (?) Flourless Cake and join me. I just know you’ll love the humor as much (maybe even more) than the cake.
